Our Services

Clear strategy. Great outcome.

Whether buying, selling, appraising, or evaluating ownership alternatives, clients work directly with senior advisors from the first decision through closing.

  1. Acquisitions

Acquiring the right aircraft starts long before a letter of intent is signed. We work with clients to define mission requirements, financial parameters, and long-term ownership goals, then translate those priorities into a focused sourcing strategy — drawing on publicly listed inventory as well as off-market and unlisted opportunities available through our extensive network of industry relationships.

Every candidate aircraft is evaluated on its technical merits: maintenance history, airframe and engine status, avionics, damage history, and overall condition relative to comparable transactions. We coordinate pre-purchase inspections, manage findings, and advise on how those findings should affect price, terms, or whether to walk away — the kind of judgment that only comes from decades of transaction experience.

From there, we lead negotiations on price and terms, coordinate with legal counsel, manage documentation and escrow, and provide referrals for insurance, financing, and other transaction needs through closing. Our role throughout is to protect the client’s interests, anticipate issues, and keep the transaction moving—discreetly and with close attention to detail, from the first conversation through delivery.

  2. Sales

Selling a private aircraft well takes more than a listing — it takes positioning, qualified buyers, and disciplined execution. We represent owners through every stage of the sale, beginning with an honest assessment of market value and the positioning strategy needed to attract qualified interest and distinguish from casual inquiry.

We manage marketing and outreach to a global network of buyers, brokers, and operators, screen and qualify interest as it comes in, and lead negotiations on our clients’ behalf — working to secure the most favorable terms while keeping the transaction discreet and on schedule.

Once a buyer is under contract, we coordinate documentation, pre-purchase inspection logistics, and escrow through closing, addressing the details that can otherwise delay or complicate a transaction. Clients can choose flat-fee or percentage-based pricing, depending on what best fits their specific sale requirements. The objective is the same in every case: a clean, seamless, well-documented transaction at the best achievable price.

  3. Appraisals

An aircraft valuation is only as good as the data and judgment behind it. Our appraisals combine current market data with a detailed review of maintenance history, avionics, modifications and upgrades, damage history, and overall condition, benchmarked against comparable completed transactions.

We approach every appraisal independently, valuing the aircraft as the market will actually price it — not as an owner might hope. Because our appraisal work is informed by active transaction experience, our conclusions are grounded in real, current deal activity.

These valuations support a wide range of decisions: financing and refinancing, insurance, estate and tax planning, partnership or fleet restructuring, legal and litigation documentation, and ownership decisions of every kind. Whatever the purpose, clients receive a clear, defensible valuation they can act on with confidence.

  4. Consultations

Not every aviation decision involves a transaction. Owners and operators regularly face questions about fleet composition, timing, and ownership structure that call for objective advice unconstrained by a particular aircraft sale or commission incentive.

We advise clients on ownership planning and fleet transitions, helping determine when to upgrade, downsize, or restructure a flight department, and on market timing — when conditions favor buying, selling, or holding. For clients weighing alternatives to ownership, we provide an honest comparison of whole ownership, fractional programs, and charter, based on actual usage patterns, cost, and operational requirements—not industry assumptions.

For more complex situations — multi-aircraft fleets, flight department structuring, or transaction strategy with several moving pieces — we work alongside clients’ legal, tax, and financial advisors to build a coordinated plan. The goal is always the same: clear, independent guidance that holds up regardless of which direction a client ultimately chooses.
