Profile
For nearly three decades, Denis has advised aircraft owners, entrepreneurs and corporate flight departments on aircraft transactions and ownership strategy. His experience combines strategic planning, aircraft sales, fleet evaluation, and disciplined transaction execution across multiple segments of business aviation. Denis began his aviation career in 1997 and spent 17 years with Bombardier Business Aircraft in corporate strategy, marketing, fractional ownership sales, and new aircraft sales. This broad industry background gives him a perspective that extends beyond any individual transaction. Clients value Denis’ ability to combine detailed financial and market analysis with the practical experience required to move transactions forward. He advises clients on aircraft selection, operating economics and ownership strategy while managing acquisitions and sales through negotiation, due diligence, issue resolution, and closing. His approach is focused on informed decision-making, disciplined execution, and protecting the client’s interests throughout the process.
Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Denis works with clients throughout North America and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and an MBA specializing in International Business and Strategy. A Canadian who has lived in Africa and Spain, and spent much of his career in Southern California, Denis is an avid golfer who also enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the world. At The Dyer Group, Denis leads West Coast operations and advises clients on aircraft acquisitions, sales and ownership strategy. His diverse industry background gives him a unique perspective on the aircraft ownership lifecycle, allowing him to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities and help clients make better-informed decisions.
